Job summary

Thrive Aviation seeks a Captain (Pilot in Command) to lead safe, efficient ground and in-flight operations. The Captain will mentor First Officers and communicate clearly with leadership, dispatch, and crew to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities include ensuring complete pre-flight checks, passenger verification, and strict adherence to FAA regs and Thrive’s procedures. The role may involve extended hours and time away from home as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3,000 hours of total time.
• Pilot Certificate.
• FCC Permit.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Valid US Passport (must not be expired).
• Current type rating in our fleet.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Position Summary
