Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a Captain to lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused flight operations in Smyrna, TN. You will set crew tone, maintain standards, and ensure a professional passenger experience from preflight through arrival.

You will manage weight/balance, fuel, routes, and NOTAM reviews, while coordinating with Maintenance to keep aircraft ready. Must hold ATP CE-560XL and First-Class Medical, with strong leadership and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Total flight time of 3,500 hours
• PIC (Pilot in Command) 2,000 hours
• Turbine time 2,000 hours
• PIC in CE-560XL type 250 hours
• Valid U.S. ATP with CE-560XL rating and medical certificate

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient operations across all flight phases.
• Set tone for crew performance and uphold standards.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning incl. weight/balance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs.
• Deliver attentive passenger service and ensure cabin readiness.
• Coordinate with Maintenance per procedures to keep aircraft ready.
