The Captain position at Café Boulud collaborates with the management team and all front-of-house and back-of-house staff. The Captain is responsible for serving guests in a warm, professional, and accommodating manner to ensure complete guest satisfaction. They oversee a specific station and must be actively present on the floor to ensure smooth service.
Essential Duties
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of service experience, be capable of handling a high-volume or fine dining environment, and possess general food and wine knowledge.
