Job summary

KKR Capstone, the portfolio operations arm of KKR, seeks Associates with 3–6+ years of management consulting experience to drive value creation across portfolio companies. You'll partner with deal teams and portfolio company management to execute top-line growth, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives.

You will engage in due diligence, rapid prototyping of operating improvements, and 100-day plans, working with the Board and C-suite.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of management consulting experience at a top firm.
• Operating experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interest in Private Equity & Alternative Assets investing.
• Solid ability to analyze businesses and performance.
• Comfort using AI and data tools for rapid analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with deal teams and portfolio company management on value creation levers.
• Identify growth, efficiency, and organizational opportunities across portfolio companies.
• Support due diligence and 100-day planning with quantitative analyses.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive operational improvements.
