Job summary

HCI College is seeking a dedicated nursing faculty member to deliver quality education at our West Palm Beach campus. You will work with the Associate Director of Nursing, the Director of Nursing, and fellow faculty to ensure consistent, high-quality course delivery across lectures, labs, and clinical experiences.

The role requires ensuring compliance with FBON/ACEN standards, conducting NCLEX-focused review sessions, and mentoring students toward successful professional practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program (Required)
• Master’s degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Current, active RN/APRN license in Florida (Required)
• BLS certification (Required)
• Minimum four years related practical work experience
• Experience with NCLEX or nursing education preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare course plans and materials.
• Facilitate NCLEX review sessions and workshops.
• Deliver lectures, labs, and clinical rotations.
• Provide guidance on test-taking strategies and clinical judgment.
• Monitor equipment and supplies.
• Maintain classroom and adhere to policies.
• Engage in accreditation activities and committees.
• Present regular feedback to leadership.
