Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Current, active RN/APRN license issued by Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of four years of related practical work experience in the subject area taught.

Responsibilities

• Prepare course plans and materials.
• Facilitate NCLEX review sessions focusing on test-taking strategies and clinical judgment.
• Deliver lectures, labs, and clinical rotations.
• Provide guidance on test-taking strategies for NextGen NCLEX.
• Monitor equipment and supply needs.
• Maintain classroom and learning environments.
• Participate in accreditation activities and committees.
• Regular attendance and engagement in program development.
