Job summary

Elanco invites a Capstone Rotational Associate to join its IT Capstone Program at the Indianapolis Global Headquarters. You will participate in a multi-semester assignment, starting by supporting an assigned application within a centralized IT team, then rotating to other IT areas for broader experience.

This internship is limited to Indiana University students and runs May 2027 through May 2028, with housing assistance provided and opportunities for future roles.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a tech degree program at Indiana University that requires a capstone project.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing maintenance and day-to-day operations of an assigned IT application or product.
• Participate in discovery and testing to identify issues and validate solutions.
• Document processes and workflows to support knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to enhancement projects to improve functionality and user experience.
• Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to support delivery.
• Support change management by helping develop clear communications.
• Explore opportunities to apply generative AI tools where applicable.
