Job summary

Elanco invites students to join the IT Capstone Program as Capstone Rotational Associate in Indianapolis. This multi-semester internship starts in May 2027 and runs through May 2028, offering real-world experience across IT teams.

You’ll support application maintenance, participate in discovery and testing, document processes, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders. Housing assistance is provided, with potential for full-time opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a tech degree program at Indiana University requiring a capstone project.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing maintenance and day-to-day operations of an assigned application or product within a centralized IT team.
• Participate in discovery and testing efforts to identify issues, validate solutions, and ensure application quality.
• Document processes, workflows, and procedures to support consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Contribute to enhancement projects that improve functionality, performance, or user experience of assigned applications.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to support project delivery and ongoing business needs.
• Support organizational change management efforts by helping develop and deliver clear, effective communications.
• Explore opportunities to incorporate generative AI tools and technologies into project work, where applicable.
