The CCL monitors security events and coordinates AOC responses to incidents on Capitol grounds and within the National Capitol Region, including during special events and extended hours. Responsibilities include maintaining situational awareness through information from federal operations centers,

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report security events and incidents across Capitol grounds and NCR.
• Coordinate with Federal operations centers to maintain situational awareness.
• Review and improve AOC checklists and site‑specific binders.
• Develop SOPs for AOC support to the USCP Command Center and update monthly.
• Coordinate AOC response to incidents affecting operations and security.
