Job summary

GAP Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced security SME to serve as a United States Capitol Police (USCP) Command Center Liaison (CCL) within the Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO). The role requires monitoring, coordinating responses, and reporting events on Capitol grounds and NCR, with shifts around the clock.

On-site work at the USCP Command Center is required. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, top secret clearance, and US

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in security/law enforcement.
• Experience in law enforcement liaison and emergency management.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• US Citizenship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Capitol Complex security events and NCR incidents.
• Coordinate AOC response and transmit life-safety messages to leadership.
• Develop and update SOPs and support incident reporting cadence.
• Liaise with USCP, SAA offices, and Library of Congress.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
