Job summary

KeenLogic is seeking a Digital Content Editor to support the House of Representatives on Capitol Hill. You will manage content for the HouseNet intranet, collaborate with the CAO/CEC teams, and ensure accurate, accessible information for Members and employees.

The role requires CMS experience, strong editing skills, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Onsite Washington, DC, 40 hours weekly with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant work experience in web content writing, editing, CMS, or 4–5 years in related roles.
• Experience with enterprise CMS (Drupal, Joomla, WordPress, SharePoint).
• Experience on product development teams with developers, designers, stakeholders, and owners.
• Experience following waterfall to agile/scrum methodologies and using project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, MS Project).
• Ability to manage project documentation and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non‑technical colleagues.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 including Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate on an Agile development team for continuous management of digital products (Intranet and service portals).
• Collaborate with content leads and SMEs to draft, edit, and maintain content for the House Intranet (HouseNet).
• Follow content style guidelines and revision instructions; ensure content is current and accessible.
• Write clearly on diverse topics including financial services, IT, and legislative services.
• Track assignments using ClickUp and coordinate with SMEs on redrafted pages.
