Job summary

KeenLogic is seeking a Digital Content Editor to join the HouseNet program on Capitol Hill, supporting the CAO and CEC. The role focuses on content creation, management, and revision for the House Intranet and related CAO projects.

The candidate will collaborate with SMEs, product managers, and the content team to ensure current, accurate, and accessible content for Members and House employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, plus relevant web content experience.
• Experience with enterprise CMS (Drupal/WordPress/SharePoint) preferred.
• Experience collaborating with developers, designers, stakeholders, and business owners.
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile/scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira/ClickUp/MS Project).
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Office 365, including Teams and SharePoint.
• Background in web design, information architecture, UX/UI design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Agile development for intranet and service portals.
• Assist with writing assignments, communications, and project documentation.
• Follow content style guidelines and revision instructions.
• Draft and maintain content for HouseNet ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Produce clear, concise content on a wide range of topics.
• Track tasks using project management tools (ClickUp).
• Collaborate with content SMEs and rewrite pages to service standards.
• Support special projects as needed and participate in CAO initiatives.
