Job Requirements

Description:
POSITION PURPOSE: To manage the club lounge according to Hilton brand standards by providing detailed customer service to Hilton Honors guests. This includes necessary set-up, upkeep, break down, and cleaning functions of the club lounge.

Essential Functions:

• Sets up and breaks down the club lounge with tables, chairs, china, silverware, and other service equipment, following contract and supervisor’s instructions.
• Serves food and beverages according to standards and event orders.
• Handles guest requests or seeks assistance from supervisor or manager.
• Keeps accurate counts of guests utilizing the Club Lounge throughout the service.
• Communicates frequently with supervisors regarding the progress of the day’s work.
• Maintains cleanliness of the club lounge, public areas, pantry, and storage areas.
• Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
• Upholds Hilton’s high standards of quality and service.
• Performs other duties and assists in other hotel areas as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Ability to read and understand English to receive instructions from managers and guests.
• Responds quickly and accurately to guest requests.
• Handles multiple tasks efficiently.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodations.
• Prior hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred.
