Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Managed Care analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Healthcare required.
• Proficient in SQL development and Epic; advanced Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior team members to design and run queries and reports.
• Model reimbursement terms to support Managed Care negotiation team.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates to measure health plan trend and yield.
• Support monthly financial close by identifying trends and answering inquiries.
• Distribute monthly reporting packages to internal stakeholders.
