Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Associate in Planning and Analysis within the Commercial & Investment Bank Capital Stress Testing team to support the annual CCAR submission and quarterly stress tests. You will collaborate with CCST, Risk, and LOB partners to deliver rigorous analyses and documentation.

Responsibilities include preparing executive materials for CFO/CRO/CEO, maintaining stress testing standards, and responding to ad-hoc requests from senior management and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of corporate finance experience in banking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint in particular).
• Working knowledge of Income Statement and Balance Sheet with familiarity of associated banking products or willingness to learn.
• Creativity, self-starting, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented problem solver with ability to evaluate processes, controls, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of executive presentation materials for CFO, CRO, and/or CEO.
• Review roles matrix within the ASAP for accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute key insights in development and implementation of standards for capital stress testing.
• Maintain regulatory supporting documentation, methodology narratives, and SOPs.
• Perform ad-hoc analytical requests from senior management, other functions, and regulatory agencies.
