Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Capital Stress Testing Program Management Associate to coordinate governance, schedules, and controls for capital stress testing across regulatory cycles. You will work with Finance and Risk partners to ensure timely submissions and strong risk management practices.

You will support governance forums, document minutes, and assist with regulatory exam readiness, tracking findings and remediation while maintaining training materials and policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant financial services work experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to influence outcomes in complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program management of core capital stress testing processes, governance and controls.
• Support planning and coordination of regulatory capital stress testing submissions and internal exercises.
• Collaborate with Finance and Risk teams to ensure timelines and delivery of all capital planning deliverables.
• Prepare materials and take minutes for governance meetings (e.g., working groups, leadership forums, steering committees).
• Support internal management and coordination of regulatory exams related to capital stress testing.
• Assist with responses to regulatory, internal audit and stakeholder questions.
• Track remediation of regulatory findings and firm-identified findings.
• Update and maintain training materials, policies, frameworks, procedures and checklists.
