Job summary

JPMorgan Chase invites you to join the Capital Management team as an Associate in TCIO. You will partner with senior leaders to produce insights on regulatory capital topics and support the firm’s balance sheet strategy.

You will develop C‑Suite materials, manage data for events, and curate dashboards, using Capital IQ and Tableau while collaborating across TCIO, Firmwide P&A, Risk, and lines of business to advance capital initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics, sciences or engineering.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end with autonomy.
• Clear communication of complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials for C-Suite and senior management on capital topics (Basel 3 Endgame, GSIB).
• Prepare data for external/internal events and Investor Day.
• Curate newsletters and Tableau dashboards for 500+ colleagues.
• Become proficient in Capital IQ for research and ad-hoc requests.
• Support capital forecast, equity allocation, and related processes.
• Collaborate with TCIO, Firmwide, and LOBs to drive strategic projects.
• Help improve capital management processes and drive understanding of capital.
