As a Life Sciences Sales Representative at STERIS, you will drive revenue for Capital products within the Life Sciences industry. This includes pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology companies, research and laboratory operations, and medical device manufacturers in your assigned territory. You will visit Customer sites, attend trade shows, and stay current in the industry through networking, meetings, and reading industry-related information. Your responsibilities include ensuring high Customer satisfaction, establishing multi-level relationships, and utilizing company-provided sales resources to maximize sales outcomes and provide the best solutions to Customers.
This is a remote-based, Customer-facing position. To support and service our Customers, candidates must be based in one of the following states: California (Northern preferred), Washington, Oregon, Nevada.

The base salary for this role is $80,000, with eligibility for incentive compensation. Pay rates are based on various factors, including experience, education, and local labor market conditions.
