Qualifications

• Five years of professional design/construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil/structural engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Experience in contract administration and quality control.
• PE or EIT is a plus, not required.
• The ability to work off-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-million-dollar parking garage and related projects from design through close-out.
• Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates; guide permitting and public involvement.
• Review submittals for technical requirements and code compliance.
• Coordinate with planners, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Utilize 3D/4D design and online project management platforms.
