Job summary

fairlife, LLC is a Chicago-based nutrition company seeking an Engineering Project Manager for Webster, NY. You will own end-to-end capital projects, including processing & packaging equipment, safety improvements, and infrastructure, ensuring design, budget, installation, validation, operation and maintenance meet standards.

You will partner with Plant Engineering and Operations to identify improvements, develop solutions, and drive strategic initiatives to support current and future objectives;

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing plants in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple capital projects up to $5 million.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end capital projects from design to commissioning and handoff.
• Lead design engineering, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Plan budget, lifecycle, and maintenance of processing equipment and infra.
• Collaborate with Plant Engineering, Quality, Safety, Automation, Operations to resolve issues.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Project Management systems.
