Job summary

National Association of Women in Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive capital projects from planning to completion in a complex healthcare context, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. You will ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and safety while aligning with organizational goals.

Ideal candidates bring eight+ years of enterprise project experience, leadership in healthcare settings, and a professional credential preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in enterprise projects.
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or equivalent setting.
• Professional licensure or industry certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of capital improvement, renovation, and new construction projects from planning through completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors to drive project execution.
• Proactively manage risks and ensure projects meet budget, schedule, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with organizational leadership and key stakeholders to align on objectives and outcomes.
