Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Financial Analyst to perform complex analysis for capital expenditures. You will present project analyses to management, forecast monthly results, and support the annual budget process, collaborating with operations to ensure policy adherence.

The role involves guiding project teams on cost controls, coordinating requisitions and month-end accruals, and driving improvements in automation and reporting within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional business, accounting, or financial experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable financial reporting system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers on capital expenditure accounting and finance-related questions.
• Assess business needs, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate financial results to stakeholders.
• Facilitate preparation, review, and approval of capital investment requests.
• Provide guidance on cost control procedures and policies.
• Coordinate accounting reviews to ensure GAAP treatment for capex vs. opex.
