Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a capital finance professional to partner with leadership on capital projects, budgets, and asset management in the Kansas City area.

You will prepare financial reports, run depreciation, and lead quarterly CapCom and CSC reviews, working across corporate, plant accounting, and project engineering. Strong Excel, FP&A, and lease accounting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 5–8 years in accounting/finance with experience in capital finance, fixed assets, or leasing.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• CPA credential or licensure is preferred and may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports and lead monthly division and CSC prep calls, meetings and reviews.
• Partner with divisions on lease/capital questions and quarterly reporting.
• Manage Capital Projects SharePoint site and streamline approvals.
• Assist budgeting/forecasting, monitor monthly cash and forecast accuracy.
• Provide monthly updates to marketing on project progress for CEO presentation.
• Maintain CapEx tracking across divisions using SAP, FAS and CIP data.
• Own depreciation runs and fixed asset reporting each month.
• Prepare reconciliations for corporate accounts and manage overbudget communications.
• Support internal/external audits of fixed assets and leases.
