Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with substantial technical experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in engineering and/or operations roles in biopharma or similar.
• Strong ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership to the Project Engineering department and oversee personnel and training management.
• Lead the capital plan development, budgeting, and compliance across projects.
• Ensure proper documentation, CAD repository updates, and configuration control.
• Drive site master plan development and capital lifecycle optimization.
• Oversee asset management, project lifecycle, and energy sustainability programs.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and corporate policies in projects.
