Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in International Falls, MN is seeking a Capital Engineer to lead capital projects with a mechanical focus in our White Paper Mill. The position requires a B.S.

in engineering and a minimum of 3 years of industrial experience with project management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is expected. Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering required with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial setting or equivalent experience and Project Management skills.
• Microsoft Office experience including experience with Microsoft Project.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage mill capital projects, with a focus on mechanical.
• Provide engineering services to maintenance and operating personnel to resolve mechanical issues, including scope, plans, costs, design, and start‑up.
• Develop and implement safety plans to ensure on‑time and on‑budget projects.
• Interact with purchasing, accounting, and other departments throughout the mill.
