Job summary

GSK in Zebulon, NC is seeking a Capital Project Engineer to support multiple small to medium complexity facilities and equipment projects within a GMP production environment. You will ensure that scope, cost, schedule, and quality deliver the intended business benefits.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs, lead planning, and ensure compliance with EHS and quality procedures throughout the project lifecycle. On-site work with potential hybrid coordination is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years of capital project engineering experience in manufacturing, process, or utilities environments.
• Experience managing project deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple facility and equipment projects that are small to medium complexity within a GMP production environment, ensuring PMF adherence.
• Plan, develop scope, manage costs and schedule, mitigate risks, and oversee project delivery per PMF.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and to defined scope with safety and quality.
