Job summary

Henkel AG & Co. KGaA in the United States is seeking a capital projects professional within the Adhesive Technologies unit. You will help plan, execute and deliver capital projects that keep operations on schedule and within budget.

You will coordinate daily activities between contractors and internal teams, participate in meetings, provide field oversight, and support safety programs and process improvements across the site.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects while helping ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate daily activities between contractors and internal operations, participate in contractor meetings, and provide construction oversight as needed.
• Generate purchase orders and manage the tracking, storage, and coordination of project equipment and materials.
• Conduct field verification of installations against P&IDs, equipment specification sheets, and engineering design drawings to ensure accurate execution.
• Support process safety and compliance initiatives, including Safe Work Permits, risk assessments, HAZOPs, MOCs, PSSRs, and other safety-related programs.
• Assist with equipment commissioning, startup activities, and ongoing engineering and operational improvement initiatives across the site.
