The selected candidate will analyze manufacturing techniques, troubleshoot process problems, and develop continuous improvement plans. Applicants should have experience with Lean Manufacturing and SPC techniques, as well as strong communication skills.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (internships/co-ops applicable).
• Experience in resin, prepreg or other continuous process industry preferred.
• Ability to manage capital or continuous improvement projects to completion.

• Analyze and interpret manufacturing techniques and procedures.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing process problems and troubleshoot as necessary.
