Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• Five years of supervisory-level experience in business management with a focus on strategic human resource management, project management, or change management.
• Master's degree in the aforementioned or related fields preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communicator and team builder.
