About the Role

Parametrix is looking for a motivated Risk Analyst to support the Interstate Bridge Replacement (IBR) Program-a bi-state initiative to replace the aging I-5 bridge between Oregon and Washington. In this hybrid role based in the Portland/Vancouver area, you will partner with experienced risk managers and diverse teams to help identify, assess, and track project risks. Your work will support strategic decision-making on cost, schedule, and delivery, with opportunities to grow your technical expertise in risk analysis, project controls, and alternative delivery methods.

You Will:

• Support risk identification and assessment efforts by documenting, organizing, and tracking potential risks.
• Help prepare and maintain the program risk register and mitigation plans.
• Participate in risk workshops and help summarize feedback from project teams and partners.
• Analyze project data to support qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
• Help prepare risk summary reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

You Have:

• A degree in engineering, construction management, project controls, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in risk analysis, project controls, or infrastructure project support.
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, risk registers, and schedule/cost tracking systems (e.g., Primavera P6, @Risk is a plus).
• An interest in learning about large-scale infrastructure programs and collaborative delivery methods.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $78,000-$95,000.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
