Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own the quality program on capital projects—from drafting the project quality plan to overseeing surveillance of contractors and suppliers, and reporting quality performance to leadership.

You will qualify vendors, review QC documents, manage nonconformance and corrective actions, and drive lessons learned across projects, with emphasis on owner-side quality programs in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in quality on construction or industrial capital projects.
• 2+ years leading a project quality program.
• ISO 9001 lead or internal auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write the project quality plan and contractor/supplier quality requirements.
• Plan and lead surveillance and audits of contractors and suppliers.
• Qualify vendors and inspection agencies; review contractor QC plans, ITPs and inspector qualifications.
• Own the project nonconformance, corrective-action, and lessons-learned processes; manage quality metrics.
