Job description

The Capital Project Analyst is responsible for assisting the Capital Project Team and Engineers with day-to-day activities related to managing the capital program including, but not limited to, project planning reviews, contract writing, and project set up and closing in eBuilder. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to independently manage capital project documentation, workflows, and eBuilder tasks within the first 2-4 weeks. Prior experience with construction project management systems (e.g., eBuilder) is strongly preferred.

Monday-Friday
Pay: $30.00 P/Hour

Responsibilities

• Preparation of contracts for capital projects using established templates
• Track processes in eBuilder and proactively assist PMs for needed follow-up
• Contact consultants and contractors by phone and email to move processes and provide correct documentation
• Close projects in eBuilder while ensuring proper documentation is provided
• Support capital team and engineers with data entry, tracking, and reporting

Required

• High School Graduate/Equivalent
• 3-5 years of work experience (required) with 3+ years experience in capital projects administration, construction project coordination, facilities project support, or similar
• Must be able to prioritize workload, be a self-starter, able to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail oriented with a concern for accuracy and timeliness.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Functional understanding of how to use MSO tools for data validation, error-checking, etc.
• Experience with eBuilder, construction project management information system, and/or working knowledge of capital project lifecycle
