Base pay range: $157,800.00/yr - $236,700.00/yr

Become a Capital Portfolio Senior Project Manager at SCE and help build a better tomorrow. You will be part of System Planning & Engineering (SPE), focusing on strategic planning, engineering, technology, and data to transform grid performance in collaboration with T&D partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support services including cost estimating, scheduling, claim analysis, and project health reporting.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and assurance standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for project control processes.
• Oversee project oversight, control, and value enhancement practices.
• Develop and track KPIs and ensure project progress through the lifecycle.
• Assist management with organizational and administrative activities, including cost engineering and scheduling guidance.
• Ensure all cost and schedule functions adhere to procedures and best practices.
• Provide technical direction, training, and supervision to project controls staff.
• Recommend process and system improvements, including change control and governance.
• Monitor project performance, analyze earned value, and oversee KPI reviews.
• Protect physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets, manage sensitive data with integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ten or more years of project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Experience with Electric Utility Transmission & Distribution, Power Generation, or System Planning.
• Experience in organizational change management related to business processes.
• Experience in resource capacity analysis, planning, or finance.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
