Job summary

University of Miami Health System is seeking a Manager, Capital Planning to lead capital budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across UHealth/MSOM. You will partner with senior finance management, facilities, treasury, and PMO to align capital programs and provide transparent communications.

The role emphasizes development of short- and long-term forecasts, executive-level reporting, asset depreciation analysis, and process improvements while supervising staff and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Operational management and financial oversight experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior finance management, facilities, treasury, and PMO for capital budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead analysis of historical/actual/forecasted results of capital programs.
• Develop and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts.
• Develop executive level reports for monitoring capital program performance.
• Provide oversight of staff and analysts.
