Job summary

Ascendo-Resources in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join a growing finance team. You will perform financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting support, delivering accurate models and insights for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting with at least 2 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record in requisition tooling and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency managing requisitions across multiple departments.
• Experience working with any requisition tool/module.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operational and capital budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Strong background in FP&A.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with a focus on reporting accuracy and detail.
• Demonstrated experience building financial models and reports for senior leadership and Boards of Directors.

Are you an experienced FP&A professional with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting? We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional to join a growing team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency managing requisitions across multiple departments
• Experience working with any requisition tool/module

Preferred:

• CPA, MBA, or Master of Accounting degree
