Job summary

The Capital Markets Internship at F.N.B. Corporation offers a college student an opportunity to experience different aspects of Capital Markets, including Loan Syndications, Interest Rate Derivatives, FX, Public Finance Underwriting, and Debt Capital Markets.

Interns will learn on the trading floor, gain practical on-the-job experience, and can interview for a full-time position in the bank’s development program after graduation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Special Skills: Must be officially enrolled in an undergraduate program with a major in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Derivatives and FX sales professionals on their weekly activities.
• Help prepare pitchbooks for actual client presentations.
• Work on various projects with the Syndications, Derivatives, Debt Capital Markets, FX, and Public Finance Underwriting teams.
• Use the shared Bloomberg terminal for research and presentation data.
• Assist in preparation of write-ups for various economic events and news.
• Participate and attend FNB related events/trainings that are scheduled for all Summer Interns.
