Impetus is seeking an experienced Capital Markets SME to partner with clients and internal teams to drive transformation across trading, asset management, and post-trade operations. You will influence solution design, consulting engagements, and growth initiatives within the Capital Markets domain.

The role requires deep industry expertise, leadership with senior stakeholders, and the ability to translate regulatory changes into actionable strategies for global financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field.
• 7+ years of Capital Markets industry experience.
• Experience with global financial institutions and investment banks.
• Proven ability to lead executive-level client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Capital Markets domain expert for client engagements and strategic initiatives.
• Lead transformation roadmaps and current-state assessments.
• Advise on front-, middle-, and back-office operations.
• Collaborate to design client-centric solutions and proposals.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at senior client and business leader levels.
