Job summary

Han Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Capital Markets experience to lead technology projects within a financial services environment in New Jersey. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery and stakeholder alignment across functions such as trading, equities, and fixed income.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of PM experience, deep knowledge of SDLC and Agile, and hands-on use of Jira, Confluence, and MS Project to manage scope, risks, and timelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
• Experience with trading, equities, fixed income, derivatives, securities or related financial products.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects from initiation through delivery.
• Work with business, technology, product, and operations teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across Capital Markets and Investment Banking functions.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track project progress.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and requirements.
