Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC seeks a Capital Markets Resource Attorney to enhance marketing, support know-how sharing, and help practicing attorneys stay informed and successful.

The role covers monitoring regulatory developments, drafting client alerts and white papers, maintaining internal resources, and coordinating events with Marketing and Professional Development.

Requirements include a JD, at least 5 years in capital markets transactions, and bar admission in good standing.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with at least 5 years in capital markets transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.
• Bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on legal and regulatory developments relevant to the Capital Markets practice group.
• Develop topics for and assist in the preparation of client alerts and white papers.
• Maintain internal practice resources to enhance know-how exchange.
• Create and update archives of work product within the practice group.
• Coordinate speaking arrangements, webinars, and materials.
• Maintain and update forms and templates to reflect current legal developments.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance Capital Markets branding and presence.
• Assist Marketing with responses to RFPs and business development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Professional Development for skills enhancement and training.
• Work with Information Services to develop and support new technology solutions.
