The attorney will collaborate with Marketing, Professional Development, and Information Services to implement updated templates, forms, and training, while maintaining strong governance and SEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with at least 5 years' experience in capital markets transactions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on legal and regulatory developments in Capital Markets.
• Develop topics for client alerts and white papers.
• Maintain internal practice resources to share know-how.
• Create and update archives of work product and know-how.
• Coordinate speaking engagements, webinars, and materials.
• Maintain forms and templates reflecting current developments.
• Collaborate with Marketing to enhance Capital Markets branding and presence.
• Provide information to Marketing for RFPs and business development opportunities.
• Coordinate with Professional Development for skills training.
• Work with Information Services to assess and adopt new technologies.
