• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Intention to pursue CPA licensure upon meeting eligibility requirements.
• Strong academic performance.
• Completion of introductory and intermediate accounting coursework preferred.
• Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, employment, volunteer activities, or other campus involvement is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Directly work with partners, managers and senior associates on active client engagements.
• Gain exposure to financial statement audit procedures.
• Test account balances, transactions, and internal controls.
• Prepare audit workpapers and supporting documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and walkthroughs.
• Perform analytical procedures and financial statement analyses.
• Research accounting and auditing guidance.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to address accounting and reporting matters.
• Support engagements throughout planning, fieldwork, and completion.
