Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build advanced financial models for rating analysis, deal pricing, and structuring.
• Conduct peer capital structure analysis and review rating agency methodologies.
• Coordinate due diligence across internal teams (legal, operations, portfolio management).
• Prepare liability management plans and forecasts for multiple funds.
• Develop marketing materials for transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Review detailed term sheets and deal documentation.
• Manage transaction timelines and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution.
