Fenwick & West seeks a mid-senior corporate associate with four to six years of experience advising public companies or investment banks for our Capital Markets and Public Companies group, in New York, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Seattle, Santa Monica, Washington D.C. or Bay Area offices.

This role requires SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters, and includes representing issuers or investment banks in IPOs, SPACs, direct listings and follow-on offerings.

Qualifications

• Barred in the state of the office or eligible to sit/waive into the bar exam.
• Experience advising public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings and follow-on offerings.
• Support clients in SEC compliance and governance matters.
