Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. seeks an Associate to assist with portfolio company financings across Private Credit, Term Loans A/B, High Yield and preferred equity.

The Capital Solutions team centralizes financing across the firm, creating a new business within an established asset manager. You will market, structure and execute financing transactions, build lender materials, coordinate with lenders and internal teams, and aid underwriting with market color and term guidance.

Competenze

• 2+ years of business experience, including investment banking, capital markets and/or private credit.
• Fundamental understanding of credit markets and corporate finance.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with marketing, structuring and execution of financings for portfolio companies across markets (Private Credit, Term Loans A/B, High Yield, preferred equity).
• Arrange financing processes for buyouts or refinancings, coordinating with lenders, counsel and internal teams.
• Create financing grid and lender presentations; support term negotiations.
