A prestigious international law firm is seeking a Capital Markets Associate (2nd–5th year) to join its top-ranked, Chambers-rated Capital Markets practice in New York. This is a rare opportunity to work on sophisticated structured finance matters within a collaborative and high-performing global platform.

• Represent purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors, and borrowers—including banks, finance companies, private equity and hedge funds, and public/private companies
• Draft and negotiate primary transaction documents and related agreements
• Engage directly with clients and transaction counterparties
• Manage transaction closings and work closely with colleagues across the practice
• Support the team on additional structured finance matters as needed
• 2–5 years of structured finance experience in a law firm setting
• Experience in purchase/sale transactions, servicing agreements, and structured finance deals
• Admission to the New York Bar and in good standing
• Strong team player who thrives in an inclusive, collegial environment
• Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous professional growth
