Job summary

Sonder Consultants is seeking Capital Markets Associates to join two leading U.S. law firms in New York.

You will advise major corporates, financial institutions and sponsors on equity and debt offerings, private placements and cross-border mandates, with a focus on drafting and regulatory compliance in sophisticated transactions.

Qualifications

• Class of 2023 or equivalent level of experience.
• Experience advising on capital markets transactions, including equity and/or debt offerings.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. securities laws and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience handling complex transactions with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Commercial mindset and ability to build relationships with sophisticated clients.
