What to Expect

The Capital Markets Associate is responsible for performing data analysis, supporting audits and investor-reporting requirements. This role will maintain systems and databases to ensure effective and efficient deal execution and reporting. In addition, this role will support all aspects of management reporting including presentation preparation and market analysis.

What You Will Do

1. Conduct asset transfers, compile data, complete SEC data filings, and prepare monthly servicer reports for structured finance funding facilities (ABS/conduits).
2. Support asset database/query management and perform loan-level data analysis.
3. Maintain market surveillance efforts, performance reporting, and transaction marketing material.
4. Provide audit, due diligence, and internal compliance support for ABS and conduit transactions.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in treasury, cash, or funding.
• Auto finance or banking industry experience is a plus.
• Auto finance or banking industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Knowledge of securitization and banking markets is strongly preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, including pivot tables, database management, and data querying (VBA, SQL, and SAS a plus).
• Ability to work in a highly time-sensitive, dynamic, and growing environment with superb time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid work ethic, team spirit, and dedication to excellence are essential.

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
