Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.
• Draft precise legal documents, including memos and contracts.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.

• Participate in high-level legal activities, including client meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in public company and capital markets.

• Experience with issuers, underwriters, and financial intermediaries in securities offerings.
• AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

Education

JD degree from an accredited law school.
