Job summary

Texas Capital Bank in Dallas seeks a Capital Markets Analyst to support base and sensitivity modeling for capitalization scenarios. You will help prepare pitches, market updates, and term sheets under senior guidance, while assisting in due diligence and confidential presentations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Completion of an investment banking analyst training program preferred.
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred; if unlicensed, must be completed after hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop base and sensitivity pro forma models for capitalization scenarios.
• Build market pitches and weekly market updates with comps and term sheets.
• Participate in due diligence and prepare confidential materials and presentations.
• Assist in notional risk and credit discussions; support senior deal teams.
• Communicate clearly with team members and manage multiple work streams.
• Mentor incoming analysts.
