Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Project Engineer to lead infrastructure projects at US sites, primarily Tucson, AZ. You will manage capital and expense projects, coordinate with engineering leadership, review estimates for alignment with requirements, and ensure compliance with RTX policies. Regular onsite work and travel are expected.

The role requires a STEM degree with 8+ years' experience, CAD proficiency (AutoCAD), and active DoD security clearance. Onsite relocation is eligible.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM; 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects.
• Experience with architectural/MEP drawings.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects at sites; capital/expense oversight.
• Develop project requirements and validate estimates against design.
• Oversee projects from conception to completion.
